Hey everyone! I know comps are like coming so JIAYOU okay! Have confidence in yourselves and your teammates. :) Now's not the time for self-doubt! Believe that you can, and you will!

Uhh I think I kind of said this before, but you just have to focus on serving each ball properly (take your time), saving each ball properly (there's 6 people on court, move and you'll get there!) and spiking each ball properly (remember to cover each other).

If you break it down this way, you won't really feel that it is very daunting. And yeah well just focus on each part because you don't really have to do all of them together so yeah! :D Don't think too much about other stuff.

And please please remember to communicate! :D Build up the kind of atmosphere where everyone feels excited about playing and umm basically high. When you're high you can do anything- save seemingly impossible balls, spike and serve good balls. And it'll make you feel good! :)

we should all read Wish You Well by David Baldacci. its really nice and inspiring. hahaha. i am currently very happy!

i feel like reading Tuesdays with Morrie real bad now. heeeeeeee. i can still rememeber the ending-- and the teaching goes on. something like that. nice and sweet:) BUT my book isnt with me. argh.

i have the book Absolute Power but im not going to read it cos i will be scared, its a scary book. instead im going to read a crappy self helpish book that will apparently teach me how to be happy even when life has other plans for me. ha ha totally. i suspect i wont finish the book.

OH! im going to read The Bonesetter's Daughter as soon as i remember to borrow the book. hehh!

i finished watching Grey's Anatomy season one.=( there is only 9 episodes. sigh! i am going to be a lawyer when i grow up. like Cotton in Wish You Well=p and Atticus. yippee! *beams.

oh yah i was going to talk about volleyball. My favourite thing about school is volleyball=D second is history.

i think history is DAMN interesting! i didnt read my storybook for a few days because i was reading my textbook. and looking at my atlas and locating all the countries hah so interesting! i like=p

okay i m not like wenjing who's good at words.

are we going to let our numerous setbacks stop us from training harder? its like, some of you look as if you have totally given up hope, you are numb to losinggg. if you say that you are going to train hard, let your actions speak for yourself. you want to see improvements every training, dont just cry only when you have lost! even if you do lose, lose well! then you'll have nothing to cry about. since last year, we have been saying that we are gonna train hard so that volleyball is not gonna disband and we are going to prove to the school, gregory, etc. we didnt do well this time, so we have to train extra-hard for the rest of this year. =/ okay i m in no position to say this, but i have to? er we are not improving. ask yourself, have you trained hard enough? all we are doing right now is just mourning and groaning. YES PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT, SO PRACTICE! okay we will be frank to each other and help each other improve kayy. time runs faster than jaguar! =/
